Juan Martín Del Potro se coronó campeón este domingo en Indian Wells, Estados Unidos, al vencer a Roger Federer por 6-4, 6-7 (8-10) y 7-6 (7-2), en dos horas y 42 minutos de juego.

Marco Caporaletti analizó que la consagración de Del Potro se basó en que "tuvo una mentalidad muy fuerte, un gran juego con su derecha y su revés".
